Refund and Returns Policy

At Fashion Brand, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, incorrect, or different from what you ordered, you may request a return or replacement subject to the terms below.

1. Return Eligibility

A return request can be raised within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be:
Unused and unworn
In its original condition
With all original tags and packaging intact
Not washed, altered, stained, or damaged by the customer

2. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please provide:
Order number
Clear photographs/video of the product
Description of the issue
After verification, we may provide a replacement or refund, as applicable.

3. Non-Returnable Items The following items may not be eligible for return

Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
Products without original tags or packaging
Products returned after the applicable return period
Items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page

4. Return Process

To request a return, contact us through our website, email, or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return.
Once the return request is approved, we will provide further instructions regarding the return.

5. Refund

Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will inform you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method, wherever applicable.
The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on your bank/payment service provider.

6. Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges, if any, may be non-refundable, except where the product received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

7. Exchange

Exchange may be available subject to product availability, size availability, and our return conditions.

8. Cancellation

An order cancellation request may be accepted only if the order has not already been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation may not be possible.
